The multi-storey apartment building was designed taking into consideration two listed buildings built in the late 19th century on a site in Helsinki city centre. The new apartment house was built in the yard, linked with the old three-storey brick building. The old brick building as well as the old wooden building along the street were renovated for residential use.

The ground floor of the new five-storey building houses business premises, opening to a terrace on the yard side. The four upper floors are apartments with balconies overlooking the yard. Below the new block of flats is underground parking for 11 cars.

The principal fa├žade materials are plaster, natural stone and glass.
