The Pop & Jazz Conservatory is a music school specializing in pop and jazz music. It is located in the oldest part of the Arabia industrial estate, mainly consisting of brick buildings dating back to the 19th century.

The Conservatory occupies three stories in existing buildings grouped round an inner court, and a new building containing the concert hall and its various facilities. The concert hall seats about 400 people.

Rust-patterned corten steel was selected for the facades of the new building to match the rusty bridge structures, rails and spiral stairs of the factory environment. In the interior, old brick surfaces have been retained wherever possible.
